“The ordering process was very straightforward and I liked the option of having keyed alike padlocks when ordering a multiple set. I ordered three long shank laminated padlocks for outside use, and first impressions are very positive. They seem very substantial but only time will tell if they are weather resisitant. Delivery was very quick with good communication.”

Fantastic, so pleased you love these laminated padlocks. It can be very handy to be able to order as a set when you need to. They are sturdy padlocks that work well outside. As with all mechnical items, they do like a bit of TLC especially over the winter so include a little bit of maintenance now and again. Some padlock lubricant (not WD40) should keep them in great working order. Thank you for you brilliant feedback.

“I ordered two padlocks and was informed the same day that one of them was out of stock in the colour I selected. It was going to be in stock in a weeks time or I could have an alternative colour. I chose an alternative colour and both padlocks were delivered very quickly. Great communication and quick delivery, very satisfied customer.”

This goes to show that with a bit of maintenance, a padlock can easily last for many years. In answer as to how they matched your previous ones, as we keep a record of key codes supplied, we match the key code to the previous padlock when the same size and type is bought again. This is because we know our customers often have those keys in circulation so it saves them replacing the whole system. It also means that a security system can be phased in to spread the cost. We can easily supply an alternative key code when this is required too. Thank you for your great comments.

“The marine Shield quality padlock I received seesm to be of excellent quality and easy to reset the code. Unfortunatley for various reasons I have not installed it yet but have no reason to suspect any problems with it. Your company's serviices were excellent. “The padlocks I ordered were delivered on time and as expected. However I cannot find them online now, and they are different (smaller) than expected. I'm unable to reply to the request for a review/let us know before you give below 5* because it's a no reply email. I'm unable to work out how to return the padlocks for a refund.”
