Chatting with you and then you sending across the photos of the fitting with the measurements, meant we could suggest the best options for your requirements. “Purchased a combination padlock which I had an issue setting up. Returned the item as I was not sure if I had caused the issue or if the padlock was faulty. It was inconclusive, but I was sent a replacement. That's excellent service.”

Thank you for contacting us when you had an issue with your combination padlock. We were able to talk this through with you and then asked you to send it to us for investigation. Once this was all done, we were able to send you a replacement padlock.

Thank you for posting your comments. I am sorry to hear you were not pleased with your marine combination padlock. Sadly, we were not contacted to enable us to resolve this for you. We take any issues seriously and if the product was faulty then we would have been able to replace it for you under the warranty guarantee. Alternatively, if this was because the padlock was not as you had expected then we would have been able to refund the product on its return to us.

“Usually look at Amazon for padlocks but wanted a specific kind of lock (think and long shackles) and wanted at least 10 locks with the same keys. Nothing but Padlocks came good. I had never heard of them but for my special needs of "key alike" locks, this will be my goto place from now on.”

“Searched various sites before deciding to order from Nothing but Padlocks. Their website was very useful in helping me decide what was the best answer for my requirements. I settled on a Diskus padlock which gave me the best balance between good security and affordability. The padlock arrived in good time and was exactly as described. I will not be able to try it out in-situ until January next near but feel confident it will be perfect for the job. I'm not sure when I will require another padlock but would definitely come to Nothing but Padlocks first.”
