“The company were good but unfortunately the courier company tasked with delivery (DPD) were next to useless. They left a calling card which made no sense and the said they would investigate. They didn’t. The lock arrived 10 days after purchase. However, Nothing but padlocks did chase this with dpd. A helpful man called Dan called to apologise and look into the case. I’ve received my lock but heard no more from dad or Dan. As good as Dan was I doubt I’d use this company again, Tom”

“I needed some padlocks that all worked from the same key. Then in a later order, I wanted more keys like those. Then in another even later order, I wanted more padlocks to match. I thought there was a lot that could go wrong. Nothing did. Everything went utterly smoothly, every time. I shall always use this company for padlocks.”

“I needed a waterproof combination padlock that was going to live in a hostile environment. The one I chose was understandable expensive but served us very well for a number of years. Only when left for 2 or 3 weeks, fully immersed in salt water, did it fail.”

“Having ordered 30 master keyed padlocks online, I was called within 5 minutes to be told they were out of stock and not due in for about a week. I was offered an alternate of the same size, same lock, but in a stronger alloy, from the same manufacturer at £5 per lock cheaper. The locks were delivered the next day, online refund received almost immediately. Excellent service. very happy customer!”

“I own and run Oxton Trees & Gardens, had ML Engineering design and fabricate a custom made security box for the back of my tipper, a bit like van vault but twice as thick! Needed 2 serious padlocks to finish the project and was not disappointed! These guys had them delivered the very next day, both running off the same key! Very professional and won't hesitate to recommend them in the future. Jonathan Blease”
