Hi Jeannette, I am so sorry that your order did not arrive in time. Unfortunately this way due to the Royal Mail strikes causing a notable backlog. Your order was dispatched before the cutoff date imposed by Royal Mail, so unfortunately they have let us down here. I did reply to both of your emails, each within a few hours of them being received. As mentioned, happy to provide a refund or a replacement parcel if the parcel is lost in transit. Thanks, Mark

Hi Alex, Please accept my sincerest apologies that there has been a delay in the delivery of your order. This is unfortunately due to the Royal Mail strikes causing a significant backlog. I see from our Royal Mail tracking that it was delivered today on the 12th of September. I fully agree that this is an unacceptable delivery time for a 2nd class parcel. Hopefully this wont deter you from ordering from us again, as this was extenuating circumstances outwith our control. I hope you like your Aberdeen case, now that it has arrived. Hi Tia, I am so sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. Unfortunately we've seen issues across the board with all deliveries to Ireland. We sent out a lot of orders before the cutoff date imposed for pre-Christmas delivery and only a small percentage of them have arrived in time. I can completely understand your frustration at the late delivery. As we've seen so many parcels delayed, I am not concerned about the parcel being lost in transit. I expect it will arrive this week. Hi Jacqueline, Really sorry that theres a colour issue with your case. Such an issue should have been spotted by our quality checks, I'm very sorry that it was not. I received your email on Friday the 15th of January and responded to it within 9 minutes of receiving it. I'm guessing you've not had sight of that email? We will of course issue you with a free replacement if theres been a printing error, I just need you to send us a photo of the case. Ordered a phone case 2weeks ago and still have not received this, tried phoning the company and emailed them about it and got no response in regards to it, will defo not be ordering again.

Hi Natalie, Really sorry to hear that you've been unhappy with delivery times and also our customer service response times. Royal Mail are particularly swamped at the moment as they've seen a huge uplift in mail volumes since stricter lockdown restrictions have been put in place. As such, we're seeing some parcels arrive on time and others take a bit longer. Regarding our customer service response times... we strive to respond to all emails and calls/voicemails within 24hrs. You emailed at 2pm on Cyber Monday which is the busiest online shopping day of the year, so naturally we'll have a bit larger of a backlog of emails. I cleared the email backlog myself, and responded to you at around 2am, so within 12 hours of your initial query. This review was left 5hrs after you emailed us, which I feel is a little too quick to presume you're not getting a response. I fully appreciate the frustration when it comes to parcels not arriving exactly when you'd hope they would, but rest assured it will arrive, and hopefully will have by the the time you read this response. Hi Jordan, Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our delivery times. As our products are made to order, they take 4 working days for us to manufacture, quality check, pack and dispatch. Your order was placed on Friday 12th of June 2020, and was dispatched 4 working days later on Thursday 18th of June 2020. As this was midst of the COVID19 pandemic, we were seeing deliveries take longer than usual, with Royal Mail removing their delivery time guarantees. As such, you likely did have to wait longer than you usually would have, so I can understand your frustration. Royal Mail were experiencing record high mail volumes whilst at the same time being understaffed due to the virus. I hope this wouldnt put you off ordering from us in the future. We always stick to our 4 working days dispatch deadline, and Royal Mail are almost always very good at delivering on time, but we had to give them a bit of leeway due to the pandemic. Thanks, Mark

Scratch on the case and only been offered a replacement! Shame as was recommended even though had 6 other phone to sort. Thought I'd be offered a deal on another to try regain faith!

Hi Corey, As you've noted, your case was scratched, which shouldn't be the case. Our quality checks should have spotted a scratch, so apologies that we didnt on this occasion. As you've also noted, I offered you a free replacement. I also offered you a refund if you wished. You've declined both offers and instead you've left a 1 star review perplexed that you weren't offered a "deal on another to try and regain faith". Hi Sarah, As our products are made to order, they take 4 working days for us to manufacture, quality check, pack and ship. As your delivery address is in the Republic of Ireland, this is an international order, which takes 5-7 working days to arrive. So at the the earliest, you would receive your case in 9 working days, which is approximately 2 calendar weeks. So you can expect your case to arrive any day now. I'd like to apologise that you've received a request to leave a review before you've received your case! This is due to Reviews sending out all review requests after 7 calendar days, even if they are international orders. It sounds as though you were expecting the case to arrive before now, so please accept my apologies that we have not effectively communicated the timeframes required for the manufacturing process and international delivery. I'll look into what we can do to improve this communication. Thanks, Mark

Hmm... not impressed tbh. The case feels cheap and a bit nasty with sharp edges and the graphics aren’t particularly clear or even complete... the buttons and colour seem to be missing. I suppose they are reasonably priced but I will not be using and will give away as a gift. Regards, Scott.

So that we can get this sorted for you, may I offer you two options... 1) I can send you a replacement case and I will personally check it to ensure it is perfect (as all our cases should be). Sharp edges or not so perfect prints should have been picked up by our quality checks and your case should have been re-produced. I am very sorry that this wasnt the case, and can understand your frustration. 2) If you'd rather, I can issue you with a full refund. Let me know which route you would prefer? Thanks, Mark
