“Perfect perfect perfect, I ordered a beautiful pet case for my Daughters Christmas 🎄. The service was excellent. Within a couple days the picture was even sent for me to ok before the case being made! My Daughter loves it and I will be ordering again soon. Thank you xx”

Hi Jeannette, I am so sorry that your order did not arrive in time. Unfortunately this way due to the Royal Mail strikes causing a notable backlog. Your order was dispatched before the cutoff date imposed by Royal Mail, so unfortunately they have let us down here. I did reply to both of your emails, each within a few hours of them being received. As mentioned, happy to provide a refund or a replacement parcel if the parcel is lost in transit. Thanks, Mark

“Quick service from nostalgia did take a week to get delivered but I would maybe have to blame the mail strikes for that though but products good and price was reasonable would definitely use them again and would recommend them”

“Just bought a BWFC phone cover for Samsung S10, ticked the wrong box for postage (meaning I would get it after Christmas). Got in touch to see if I could change the postage to get it before Christmas, got a quick reply, postage changed for me without any issues. Item arrived. Nice and early. Goog quality and really pleased with it. More than happy with Nostalgia, would highly recommend.”
