“Staff are fantastic. Ordered online, picked up in store. There was a problem with an offer not being applied and by the time I got to the store the refund had already been processed. The guys in the shop are so helpful. Ended up buying more items. Nothing is too much trouble. Love shopping there.”

Hi Kiara, I apologise that you feel this way, as I explained in an email to yourself. We had your order wrapped and booked in to be collected by Fedex last Thursday however they had a problem with their delivery driver that day so were not able to collect. You emailed chasing your order on Monday and requested a refund. I looked into this and replied explaining the situation and that Fedex was due to collect that day. However as you requested I sent you a full refund right away and apologised saying I will put in a complaint with Fedex. I feel it is unfair for this review on our company as this was out of our hands. However I apologise for your upset. Kind Regards Nikki

“Great product and excellent customer service accidentally ordered the same product twice and I was very impressed how someone picked this up immediately and emailed to confirm both items and speedily refunded me when I explained my error! Would defo use again.”
