“Good service and setup. I love that NB online shop is handled at store level so I can collect and speak to the team directly and not a warehouse. The brands sold are at a very high end and NB do a good job keeping the prices competitive and providing a great range.”

Hi Chris, I can only apologise for your item not arriving in time for Xmas and totally understand your frustration with the delays from Fast Despatch Logistics. We have chased and chased for over a week and even moved carriers from 19th December to try and ease the load on FDL to help encourage the packages to get there in time for Xmas but for a few this has been to no avail. I can only apologise for the poor performance FDL have provided in the last few weeks and I assure you going forward we won't be using them again. I wish you a Merry Xmas and all the best for 2023. Hi Ben, Your order was placed and dispatched on the 14th Dec, a delivery attempt was then made on the 17th however nobody was available to take the delivery therefore this was returned to the depot. Your order is still with Fast Despatch Logistics and another delivery attempt will be made however unfortunately they are experiencing a lot of delays due to the high demand. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, we shipped your order in good faith and a delivery attempt was made however we were unaware of the further delays which would be caused. Kind regards Emma

Hi Cheryl, We switched to a new courier company due to the delays with Royal Mail and them being on strike however unfortunately Fast Despatch Logistics are now also experiencing a lot of delays due to the high demand. Your orders were dispatched on the 14th and 15th, and Fast Despatch Logistics have been contacted about these and we requested to prioritise them when you got in contact with us. Hi John Your order was dispatched on the 13th and then a delivery attempt was made to you on the 14th. Unfortunately this delivery attempt was unsuccessful as nobody was available to take the parcel. Another delivery attempt was then made again on the 18th and had the same problem. I'm very sorry for the delay in receiving this. The courier has attempted to deliver this twice and it is now back with them where another delivery attempt will be scheduled. Kind regards Emma
