“I rang the store to enquire about a coat I was going to buy. The gentleman I spoke to went as far as trying it in for me and giving me the p2p measurements and arm measurements over the phone. I was very impressed by the company’s response and customer service. I highly doubt I would have got this level of service from flannels or tessuti. 5* company and would rate more if it were possible.”
