“Customer service is brilliant, but poor courier service they using for delivery, definantly need to change n use better service. Order was not delivered on time, no/very poor communication from courier company, fair play to Norton Barrie they followed it up with courier company. I would advise Norton Barrie not to use this delivery service.”

“Very fast delivery and product came nicely packaged in branded tissue wrap which would look nice given as a gift. Unfortunately returned the item this time but will definitely use Norton Barrie again. Really good deals on designer pieces!”

“I’ve shopped twice with Norton Barrie. Each time the I’ve bought a Castore product each time the product has arrived perfectly and quickly. I live 250 miles from the physical store but tempted to visit in person next time I’m in the Manchester region. Thoroughly recommend and will be back!”
