“Norton Barrie is a top brand clothes supplier which I've been using for a good few years and I've never experienced any problems. Good quality products, excellent delivery and returns service (double quick time) and some fantastic bargains to be had! I would highly recommend!!”

“Received parcel in a damaged state. Overall a courier issue but nevertheless the jacket was wet when received. Communication was good in respect of offer to a full refund. Shame about parcel force, could of been much worse.”

Hi Andy, I'm very sorry about your parcel arriving damaged. We have reported this with ParcelForce and have not experienced this issue before with them as they are usually very reliable. I'm glad the item had no permanent damage to it and I hope this caused no further problems. Kind regards Emma
