“On the occasions I phoned Norton Barrie to enquire about an on line item of clothing I have been met with nothing but enthusiasm to please and be helpful. Twice I rang over a period of time about two different coats and the guy went out of his way to run upstairs to get the coat, measure it and report back. Nothing was too much trouble. His polite manner was refreshing and made me feel that I could ask without feeling I was a nuisance. On both occasions I bought the coats because he gave me the information I needed and confidence to buy without hesitation. They are well worth buying from because they care about their products and most of all their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Norton Barrie.”

“Don't order anything from this amateur website. If you look on your phone to place an order, please be careful to check everything. Not phone friendly. Appalling customer service, disgusting manners, shocking blunt answers, disgraceful attitude, rude lady won't confirm when the manager would be available to discuss the matter. When I emailed the company to the attention of the owner, the same lady ended up replying to me. Look elsewhere to buy your clothing. Any returned items are charged for, even when the order placed is a few hundred pounds. Shocking customer experience and satisfaction is the worst I've ever seen. You've been warned!!!!!”

Hi Barry, Thank you for your 1 star review, but as clearly stated on the phone and also by our director on email, the fittings of the polo shirts are in the product description. You are unhappy because the polo shirts did not fit and informed us that it stated nowhere on the website that these were slim fit polo shirts when actually in the product description it states it on the top line and also it is the first bullet point in the product description. As promised you have used our Royal Mail returns service and we have received these back today for a full refund. Kind regards Alex
