“Really quick turnaround on delivery and returns. Items always very well packed. I would have given 5* if returns were free. On this occasion, I ordered 2 sizes of the same item. I kept one and returned the other. I only did it this way as it was during the sale and I could have missed the discount if I had to re-order. Maybe they could waive the fee if you didn't return the whole order.”

Good afternoon Helen, As per our emails, the order this review relates to was placed with the size 'large' selected and therefore this was dispatched. If the medium was indeed required we can certainly arrange for an exchange to be made. In our communication, you provided a screenshot of an older order placed in December 2020 for a different item in a size medium.
