“I rang initially for some advice before making a purchase and received polite, friendly assistance. The price for the product I bought was competitive even before the special discount offered at Easter. The free postage and the time taken to receive the well presented parcel added to the positive experience. In summary, a great range at an excellent price with excellent customer service ( no waiting 48 hours for someone to maybe answer an e mail!)”
