“A real pleasure ordering from you guys. Ordering was easy with a good selection of quality products. “delivery note was screwed up inside package item was not very well packaged came very very creased , also they used Royal Mail delivery who I waited in for twice finally get delivery 4 th time not good not bad would be my view”

Hi Simon, I apologise if you have received the item like this. I am very surprised to hear this as we pride ourselves in sending out all our items carefully checked and wrapped in Norton Barrie tissue paper. I will look into this. We also send our parcels via Royal Mail tracked and signed for so we can make sure the item arrives where it needs to be. Apologies again. Kind Regards Nikki
