“I ordered a jacket via Amazon and it was too small - the return option on Amazon was to take it to a Hermes shop which was 30 miles away so 60 miles round trip!! I called Norton Barrie and very quickly a really helpful lady had me sorted for a collection return. Stupidly, I accidently included another item, someone emailed and return the item to me free of charge - this is really great service and the staff at Norton Barrie are exemplary in their service. Thank you.”
