Hi Leah, Further to our email conversation, I apologise that the tissue paper was torn inside the parcel. Glad to hear the outer bag and the item were not damaged whilst with Royal Mail. All our parcels are carefully wrapped before dispatch, I have reminded all our staff to ensure all items sent out are wrapped to a high standard that they would expect to receieve. Hi Mohammad, I apologise you were not happy with the packaging. We send all our parcels out wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a parcel or box with Norton Barrie tape. I have checked your Royal Mail tracking photo and can see that your parcel was delivered in a box sealed securely with Norton Barrie tape. You have since returned the items, in the box with the tape visable, for a refund to which I have just done for you. Kind Regards Nikki

“Ordered an item. 24 hours later received a refund notice. Item never arrived. No explanation from the company what was going on / why a refund was issued. Communication could have been better.”

Hi James, Further to my email. Unfortunately the item you ordered was listed in error with the incorrect price so it was amended to the correct listed price of £120.00. So therefore the sale was automatically cancelled and refunded on the system As noted in our Terms section, we reserve the right to alter the price or specification of goods supplied by us at any time without prior notice. Please see link to our terms and conditions here: https://www.nortonbarrie.co.uk/pages/terms-and-services We apologise for any inconvenience but as you can understand the price difference was substantial and we are unable to sell a new product at that price. “I opted for a deep brown Remus polo shirt in merino wool which I felt was exclusive to Norton Barrie as I hadn't seen this version on any other website. It was quickly delivered and very nicely packed in soft tissue paper which gave it that extra luxury edge to my purchase. All in all, I was very happy with my purchase.”
