Hi Chris We switched to a new courier company due to the delays with Royal Mail and them being on strike however unfortunately now Fast Despatch Logistics are also experiencing a lot of delays due to the high demand. I can see your order was last scanned today and states that this is out for delivery so you should receive this by the end of the day. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, we shipped this in good faith however were unaware of the further delays which would be caused. Kind regards Emma

I recently visited the store to buy a voucher as a Christmas present. The service I received was excellent as usual, however the reason for my 3 stars is that the recipient of the voucher immediately received a text stating that the voucher had been added to his account - not much of a Christmas surprise!

Hi Vicky, Due to Royal Mail being on strike we switched to a new courier company, unfortunately they have also been experiencing a lot of delays due to the volume of parcels as most people are using alternative couriers to Royal Mail. We shipped this in good faith however were unaware of the further delays which would be caused. I can see that you got in contact on Wednesday evening about this, which was then responded to on Thursday morning and your delivery charge was refunded. I placed an order however 2 days later you then said that you did not have stock. With todays technology I find it concerning that you online system is not correctly reflecting your back end stock availability. It does not leave me with any hope that you could get another order right if I was to even considering placing another order. On top of that your email system things that I actual received my order and hence this email. Again two system not connected.

Hi Brent, I'm very sorry that we had a stock issue and couldn't fulfil your order. Unfortunately sometimes our online stock levels are wrong as they are also linked to our store where stock can go missing or get taken. Sometimes mistakes like these happen and I'm very sorry that we couldn't dispatch your order. I can see this was refunded on Monday when we emailed you about this issue. Kind regards Emma

You charge me 75$ add when you delivery my shows for customs duties and tax but you never advise me before my purchase

Hi Luc, It states on our website under the international delivery section 'It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Norton Barrie invoice.' Unfortunately we can't control these charges and this money does not go to us. I'm very sorry you had to pay these. Kind regards Emma
