Hi Derek, There have been delays across the whole week with Royal Mail deliveries due to them being on strike. Your order was dispatched on Friday 25th and I can see that you've since received this and signed for it. I'm glad you have got your order now and I'm very sorry for the delay with your delivery. Hi Maark, I'm very sorry to hear that you've not received your order yet. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail being on strike there have been a lot of delays with shipments across the whole week. Your order was dispatched on Friday which we assumed would get delivered on Monday or Tuesday however the strikes have caused further delays. We are currently in a contract with Royal Mail so were unable to use an alternative courier to deliver this quicker. I’m very sorry for the delay, we shipped this in good faith however were unaware of the further delays which would be caused. Kind regards Emma

HI Dylan, As you placed your order on the 22nd at 22:41, this was processed and dispatched on the 23rd. Unfortunately Royal Mail were on strike on the 24th and 25th, and subsequently are on strike again today and tomorrow, therefore there have been delays with parcels all over the country. This is out of our control however we are looking into alternative delivery methods for when Royal Mail are on strike. I'm sorry your delivery was delayed. Kind regards Emma
