“I recently purchased a pair of Hollandcooper.com blue jodhpur jeans as a surprise gift for my wife. This was the first time I had used the company. The jeans arrived safely and securely when I was advised they would. I was able to track them without any difficulty. I commend Norton Barrie as a company that puts the customer at the forefront of what they do.”

“Not sure why I got a refund less than the value of the item? I accept not getting the postage costs back but to be taxed for something I will never understand. First time I used this company. I won’t be buying from you ever again.”

Hi Andy, As you used our pre-paid tracked Royal Mail returns label to return your item, there is a cost for this of £3.99 which we deduct from your refund. You can use your own method of shipment to return your item but this usually costs more. This is stated in the returns section of our website. I'm sorry for the confusion in this instance.
