Hi Irene, I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your order yet. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail being on strike there have been a lot of delays with shipments. Your order was dispatched on Monday which we assumed would get delivered on Wednesday however the strikes have delayed this. We shipped this in good faith however were unaware of the further delays which would be caused which I am very sorry about. Kind regards Emma

“I found you through an item search and had never even heard of Norton Barrie. A quick search of the stellar reviews made me jump at the chance to buy the Mackage coat I was looking for at a great price from across the world! I was a little concerned because you do advertise “International shipping 2-3 days” but that wasn’t accurate in my case. It took several days before I could track the package with arrived within a week to America which is still pretty fast all things considered. The coat is exactly what I wanted and I’m grateful to have found you. Thanks so much!”

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear that the shoes had marks on them. We would have offered to exchange the shoes for a new pair if we would have known about this however I understand that you needed to wear the shoes straight away. There must have been a fault from BOSS with this pair of shoes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Emma
