“Ordered a jacket for my 16 year old grandson who wanted it there and then! Ordered at 3 pm and it arrived 1 pm next day. Amazing! One very happy boy! Lovely jacket and well packaged. Thank you!”

“Although the customer service has been good. I’m stuck with a Holland and Copper jacket that is unfit for purpose. After just 30 mins in light rain I ended up with a soaking sleeve to my blouse worn underneath the jacket due to a faulty seam. Because the fault is not visible I’m unable to return the item and receive a refund. 😞”
