“Both items are perfect and arrived promptly in excellent packaging. An exchange due to size was handled impeccably and the staff were very helpful during a telephone call despite my terrible line which was breaking up all the time… Full marks for patience and courtesy from Norton Marie. “My first experience has been superb. My order came through extremely quickly and despite me returning through my choice only, I had my money re credited again extremely quickly. Cannot thank them enough and I will definitely be shopping with you again and advising others to do so! Thankyou”

“Brilliant service. I had a problem with Klarna and needed to cancel my order and start again. Within 10 mins of emailing them, this was done and sorted for me. I managed to reorder immediately and my item was posted straight away. Incredibly good service and won't hesitate to use Norton Barrie again. Thank you.”

“Great discount on my product. The parcel came quickly and I was updated every step which was great not having to chase it up. Goods arrived wrapped nicely and well folded and packed. Also a bonus discount voucher. I will definitely be a regular visitor to the website, clothes are part of who we are :-)”
