“I had trouble finding the dimensions for a valentino bag, I rang Norton, who quickly offered to measure it for me and gave me a call back in under 5 minits. Absolute diamonds!!!!”

“Started off well then went to pot. Good site and prices / delivery etc. Bought the belt/ wallet set( Valentino) £55 . As a treat don’t usually spend this on a belt . But after 6 hrs the belt has broke . It’s riveted into place and it’s failed. Phoned Norton Barrie and someone was going to phone me back . Never did. Not into leaving reviews but no option . For such a expensive belt I expected better . I’ve had Next ones lasted ages. Makes me wonder if it’s counterfeit. No doubt will be chasing a refund or replacement. Such a shame as all started well. If Norton Barrie cared about it’s customers and returning customers then engaging in dialogue would be a bonus. Especially when I was told I would get a phone call later that day. Best of it is I work night shift and stayed up most of the day. Wanting this resolved and no doubt will leave great feedback instead of this one”
