Hi Mohammed, I'm sorry that your package was damaged in transit. I can see from the images you have sent that the box and tissue paper were damaged however the item inside remained okay, we offered to send you a new box with tissue paper, or for you to return the item to us however due to the postal strikes you declined these offers as you wanted to keep the item for a gift so did not have enough time to return this. Offering you a new box and tissue paper, or offering you a return is the best solution we have for this matter, I'm very sorry you weren't satisfied with this. Kind regards Emma

Hi Derek, There have been delays across the whole week with Royal Mail deliveries due to them being on strike. Your order was dispatched on Friday 25th and I can see that you've since received this and signed for it. I'm glad you have got your order now and I'm very sorry for the delay with your delivery. Hi Maark, I'm very sorry to hear that you've not received your order yet. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail being on strike there have been a lot of delays with shipments across the whole week. Your order was dispatched on Friday which we assumed would get delivered on Monday or Tuesday however the strikes have caused further delays. We are currently in a contract with Royal Mail so were unable to use an alternative courier to deliver this quicker. I’m very sorry for the delay, we shipped this in good faith however were unaware of the further delays which would be caused. Kind regards Emma
