“Unfortunately I had a negative experience due to the company’s insistence on using sub standard delivery systems- Royal Mail on this occasion. Having said that the product was superb and packaged with care and love.”

Hi Robin, Thank you for your order. Unfortunately due to the ongoing strikes with Royal Mail there have been some delays with deliveries which have been out of our control. We are looking into alternative delivery methods however we have used Royal Mail for over 10 years and this is the first time we are experiencing these issues due to their strikes. “Made a purchase last week for a Moose Knuckles jacket. Contacted their customer service because the DHL displayed my address weird and wanted to clarify. Emma was super helpful and prompt with her response and assured me everything was fine. Received my order a day early, checked and is 100% authentic. Looks great and as described on their website. I would order from Norton Barrie in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is on the fence. They are legimate and offer great deals!”
