Hi Cristina, I am sorry to hear the jacket seam has come away. I have sent you an email with the return details to get your jacket back to us for a full refund. The reason no one was answering yesterday was because our whole building had a wifi outage from 10am to 11:30pm and it meant we had no computers, phones or any systems working to reply to you. Everything is back up and working today so I will revert back to you directly via email. Once the jacket is back with us I will either process a refund or order you a new jacket. Kind Regards Alex

“Rather than explain my options, this company canceled the order that I had made on Friday, this Monday and now I have to wait upto 7 days for my refund to buy the last size in that product, which could sell out. Cancelling my order also lowered the amount credit lenders will lend me in the future. Not happy at all pal”

Hi Mr Allison, You processed the order via Klarna but selected to pick up in our store. You then requested for the item to be delivered to a different address which didn't match your order details. We sent you an email and explained that due to our security concerns the best thing to do was refund the order and for you to place a new order with the correct billing and shipping details which you weren't happy about. I am sorry you aren't happy with this but at Norton Barrie we take our customers security as a priority. Kind Regards Alex

Hi Ben, Sorry to hear you haven't received your items. I have had a look on Royal Mail and it looks like they have been delivered but we have sent you an email separately and we are looking into your issues now.
