“Paid for next day delivery wasn’t shipped for another 4 days tried to contact customer services for shipping refund nightmare to get hold of.. avoid won’t shop here again.”

Hi Brad, Your order was placed on Thursday and shipped the same day using Royal Mails tracked 24 service. Unfortunately due to the strikes with Royal Mail there were no deliveries made on Friday therefore this was delayed to the following week as this service also does not include weekends. When looking through our emails there have been no emails from yourself regarding this matter, our email address is enquiries@nortonbarrie.co.uk.
