“Very pleased with my purchase. Ordered two of the same as I didn’t know what size would be right. Returned the unwanted size …. Very quick with the refund. So I was very happy. But I had to pay for postage otherwise I would give an excellent star.”

Hi Craig, Regrettably the wrong size item was sent to you by mistake. We emailed you a free returns label and wrote to you in the email 'Please could you also note in the parcel that you received the wrong size item so the correct size can get sent out to you as soon as possible.' Unfortunately there was no note or any indication in your parcel or returns form that this was an incorrect size item received and you required a new one therefore the returns team opened this and processed you a full refund for the jacket. Hi Craig, Unfortunately due to the ongoing strikes with Royal Mail there have been some delays with deliveries which have been out of our control. Your order was shipped in good faith the following day after you placed your order. I can see this is currently due to be delivered today. I'm very sorry for the delay with your delivery. We are looking into alternative delivery methods however we have used Royal Mail for over 10 years and this is the first time we are experiencing these issues due to their strikes. “Made a purchase last week for a Moose Knuckles jacket. Contacted their customer service because the DHL displayed my address weird and wanted to clarify. Emma was super helpful and prompt with her response and assured me everything was fine. Received my order a day early, checked and is 100% authentic. Looks great and as described on their website. I would order from Norton Barrie in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is on the fence. They are legimate and offer great deals!”
