“So annoyed. I’m away and my case has gone missing so I’ve tried to replace items I was in need of. Ordered a pair of trousers , not only have I been sent the wrong ones but I’ve been sent a pair with no tags covered in fluff. The last order I placed got cancelled and now this. I have ordered a couple of things in the past and it’s been fine. But clearly standards are slipping. There was zero quality checks on my item clearly . Why would you even think it would be ok to send an item out like that is beyond me.”

Good morning, I apologise for any confusion caused. However, we can assure you that a full refund was processed back to the original payment method (Visa Card) on 02/07/21. Our 'Credit Memo' confirmation email detailed this, however, I can understand how this may have been confused, we will work to reword this email to save any future confusion. You will see your refund reflected in your bank account once the credit has cleared with your bank after 1-3 working days. Kind regards, Matt
