Hi Jin, I am verry sorry the jacket has been received like this. I can assure you all our items are brand new and we are official stockists of all our brands that we stock. We do have a physical store in Wilmslow and a customer may have tried the jacket in store but regardless it shouldn't have smelt of aftershave. Regarding marks we check our all items personally before they leave but this is open to human error and if they don't see a mark before then we can only apologise for this. I believe you have spoken to a member of staff on Monday and they have organised a free return for you immediately with Royal Mail. “Amazing service from Joe, literally above and beyond. My order was due to be shipped but we were going on a family holiday, he kindly pulled my order and shipped this next day on my return. I product I ordered was also out of stock so he emailed me to offer a replacement which I unfortunately missed but the refund was automatically applied and received very quickly. Highly recommend NB for anyone looking to purchase, not to mention the great prices!”

“The best menswear shop in Cheshire. I love the variety of brands, and often at a good price. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and make sure you get the product you want. Shipping was also super fast, unfortunately I had to return my item and it was processed so quickly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Matt S”

“you have to be very careful when ordering, as the website will select the first available size in whatever you are looking at, so double check. i ordered some jeans in a 38W and added to basket in the size required i went to get my wallet and in that time the screen must have refreshed and somehow i ended up ordering 32W when i know 100% i did not do this. they were quick enough to sort when raised with them but insisted it was my fault and although i could return the item for refund this was at my own cost and i ended up nearly 5 pounds out of pocket through no fault of my own. after giving it some thought this has left a bad taste and i would not order from here again on principle.”

Hi James, I'm very sorry that the wrong size was ordered. We were unaware of this issue until the jeans had already been dispatched to you therefore it was too late to change this, as from our side your order said waist 32 so these were the jeans which got dispatched to you. Upon returning the waist 32 jeans, we offered you a free exchange to dispatch the correct waist 38 jeans to yourself, however you declined this offer, therefore we provided you with a full refund for the jeans instead. We have never experienced this issue before with the website adding the wrong size to customers baskets however sometimes mistakes can be made. I am very sorry about this. Kind regards Emma
