“I bought a jumper online, I rang to check the size and Christmas availability and they were so helpful. They had the jumper ready for me to collect a few days later. Very nice staff and beautiful products. Buying a present for the discerning man in your life is very difficult but every year Norton Barrie always have classic options and make me look like I know what I am doing. Brilliant”

Good afternoon, I am very sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the service received on your order placed 8 days ago on 13/12/20. As per our phone conversation on 16/12/20, the order was, unfortunately, supplied to us with incorrect address details. As we were not informed of this error prior to dispatch the order was duly delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Since being informed that you had not received the item on 16/12/20 we have been working with Parcelforce to gather further information regarding delivery. As the matter is still ongoing we will continue to work alongside Parcelforce and provide further updates as soon as we are able. Kind regards, Matt
