I received my percel but upon open it, i saw the screen broken whilst am very disappointed.please I need an exchange of the same product as soon possible. There is an attached proof of the tv on these review

I'm still waiting for delivery, which was supposed to be within 5-7 business days, but unfortunately it wasn't. The company that works for the store contacted me last Saturday that the goods would be delivered on Monday around noon or in the afternoon. I wasted half a day and no one showed up! He didn't even call! I got a message that they would try to deliver on Wednesday. Without a word sorry, without a word of explanation. They can try, but no one will be home at that time because it happens that people have to work to live. Maybe the store is ok but the deliveries are unacceptable.

Good afternoon Adam, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I am sorry to learn that you have had uncharteristic delays with the carrier. Whilst I don't yet know the full extent of the issue I am aware of network delays across Ireland brought about by the snow & Ice. Product was advertised as 3 business day delivery and I planned myself accordingly took a week off from work ordering on the 15th so expecting the item latest next week on the 22nd of July. It’s 25th of July Thursday and still no delivery and the delivery company not even giving update on when it should be delivered. The customer service send me a chat gpt generated mail trying to justify why it took so long and I could get a refund. I know how to get a refund but you cost me a week off from work, more than two weeks with no delivery. If you refund me now I’ll just lose time which is also money.

Ordered barbecue on Friday noted one day delivery, delivery not tracked and not sure when it will arrive from their courier. Not great with such a large purchase

Ordering and delivery has been handled most efficiently. However I have problems with the product (Freesat Box). I am preparing a review and description of the problems and will submit in the coming days. In view of the foregoing, star rating is inappropriate but find that I must indicate a star rating in order to submit this message.

It goes slowly, it shows 25 km, but in fact it is 22 km per hour. The battery does not last 18 km, only 13 km. I do not recommend it.

I am not satisfied, it goes very slowly. The battery does not last more than 12 km. I don't recommend it. If I could I would return it.

I ordered a grew thermos flask. It said it would be delivered within a few days. After a week It hadn't delivered. I contacted northxsouth and they came back to me saying that they would have to look in to it and would come back to me within 24 hours. Four days later I emailed northxsouth again after they failing to email me back within 24 hours. They told me that that they didn't know where it went and had gone out to courier but it never delivered. I was told then that the colour I ordered was not available now and there was only one colour option left of which I went with. The lady said it would be delivered within 2 days and it was. Not great customer service overall as you can see.

Hi there, Many thanks for your email. We are actually very unhappy with the electric blanket and have been on to both the store, and customer service team and neither have replied. The electric blanket doesn’t heat the top half of the bed and the material that goes around the mattress is tearing straight away. Kind regards, Julie Hanna

Shocking delivery service. No notice on when the item was being delivered or warning that I would have to bring it from end of drive to house despite “home delivery” being booked. Driver was rude and just offloaded it. I had to take it apart in the driveway and did my back in during process of lifting it to house. Really poor service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a travel mug and they will not replace it even though it leaks. Apparently it has to be placed upright at all times despite having an "open/close" feature on the lid. This is a joke and I'd never use this website again.
