Also, it had a different mobile number on the label. I was lucky I caught the delivery before the driver drove off. I will still order from them as it's a good family business.”
“My purchase involved a Gozney oven and a number of accessories. Some of the items were out of stock which meant my delivery would've been split (which I didn't want) so, I emailed directly and they waited until the order came together (only a week). They gave me a generous discount on account of the spend. Delivery arrived on the day promised, helpful driver assisted with carrying the heavier items into my house. All good.
One of the accessories was from an older model which I hadn't expected. Not a big issue and nothing to do with NorthXSouth as such but I asked if they could update it and they did, without question or charge, even though I suppose they didn't really have to.

“I ordered the Sharp R969 SLMMA 40 litre combi microwave oven and I received excellent help and service from the very kind efficient lady I spoke to. My Sharp Combi Microwave oven was delivered as soon as it was back in stock and arrived on my doorstep last Thursday. However, it is a very heavy appliance and I had to wait a week before I could get help from a strong man friend. I had this Sharp combi microwave oven years ago but it began making ticking noises and I was afraid to use it. Instead of trying to have it repaired my husband eventually took it all to the tip, including two ceramic turntables and the two original square metal shelves, it broke my heart to see it go, such a waste, I wish I had hidden the turntables and shelves from him. I am so pleased to have been able to buy this item again and at a good price with free shipping. However, I do not particularly like to two solid enamel square trays and the other two metal racks are round ones, one low and one higher. Like other reviews I have read on other websites, I wish Sharp would manufacture the original square metal shelves again, some people said food burns on the solid trays so I will have to watch that and perhaps reduce the cooking temperature. Why did they change the trays ! Other than that I am so happy and very pleased that I now have my favourite Combi microwave oven at last. It will save on gas bills not having to use the main gas oven for small items. In my previous Sharp combi oven I cooked everything in it, roasts, biscuits, pies etc. Another small thing to mention is that the white turntable that comes with this model seems to be a slightly different material and feels lighter than the original heavier ceramic turntable.
