“I received my air fryer very quickly and was delighted to do so, but after opening the package I discovered the Crisper Tray was not included in the package.
I immediately called your Customer Services (Contact name: Andy) and was informed after providing Serial Number of the Fryer that this part would be delivered possibly on Thursday, 16th March.
I am writing to you today, Monday, 20th March approx 12.20pm and todate the missing part has not been couriered to me or received by me. Disappointed at this point but hoping that the part will be sent to me today or tomorrow latest??”

The vax has to have the battery removed to charge which means a 2nd battery would be required when it is flat.
Unfortunately north X south do not supply extra batteries”
