“Fantastic service. The responsiveness was superb as my iron arrived damaged and a replacement was delivered really quickly. Having an actual telephone number to talk to someone makes all the difference. Brilliant retailer !!!!”

“Very happy with the purchased item, but unfortunately must give only 2 stars. Disappointed with delivery. On description was said pay before 3pm and get You purchase in 1-2 days, payment was made like description said, item was delivered after 5 days. Thank You”

Hi Aleksander, I see my colleague has explained our cut off is 1pm for same day dispatch & the air fryer was dispatched the following business day on schedule. Per the tracking the parcel was delivered on the 2nd business day (Tuesday) as the Monday was a bank holiday in Ireland. Thanks a million, Andy
