“Product was advertised as 3 business day delivery and I planned myself accordingly took a week off from work ordering on the 15th so expecting the item latest next week on the 22nd of July. It’s 25th of July Thursday and still no delivery and the delivery company not even giving update on when it should be delivered. The customer service send me a chat gpt generated mail trying to justify why it took so long and I could get a refund. I know how to get a refund but you cost me a week off from work, more than two weeks with no delivery. If you refund me now I’ll just lose time which is also money.”
