“Fantastic ,I ordered my sage smart oven and I had an email to pick it up within minutes .I arrived and the guys were so helpful and had my order ready for me and even put it in the boot of my car .I will be using them again”

“Looking online for a Tefal Steam Generator Iron and came across north south who had the exact iron at a very reasonable price. They offered free delivery to the Uk and received the iron by courier a few days later. Excellent service and will use again”

“I ordered a grew thermos flask. It said it would be delivered within a few days. After a week It hadn't delivered. I contacted northxsouth and they came back to me saying that they would have to look in to it and would come back to me within 24 hours. Four days later I emailed northxsouth again after they failing to email me back within 24 hours. They told me that that they didn't know where it went and had gone out to courier but it never delivered. I was told then that the colour I ordered was not available now and there was only one colour option left of which I went with. The lady said it would be delivered within 2 days and it was. Not great customer service overall as you can see.”
