“Exceptional, fast and prompt service, product arrived within couple of days. Incorrect product was received, however, northxsouth immediately fixed that by sending out a swap with the courier, which arrived within 2 days. Perfectly appropriate response and service to die for. Also, the product was ultimately exactly as advertised. And the whole experience took a week from placing the order! I can't recommend them highly enough!”

“I’ve got to admit I was afraid it was a scam. I bought an iron that was 50 euros cheaper than anywhere else and I really shopped around. I was wrong. My iron arrived within four days. The box was a little battered but the iron worked perfectly. The DPD driver had left it beside my gate not delivered to my door so it may be the couriers fault they box was damaged. Will definitely order from them again. Great service. Thank you”
