“If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a travel mug and they will not replace it even though it leaks. Apparently it has to be placed upright at all times despite having an "open/close" feature on the lid. This is a joke and I'd never use this website again.”

The query relates to trying to register the product in Ireland, as the product registration only relates to addresses in UK.”
