“I was buying this item as a birthday present and needed it by a certain day so I rang and talked to a very helpful staff member who confirmed that it was in stock and would be shipped the very next day - and it was ! “Ordered Sage Coffee machine on Thurs 6th Jan at 15:30 and it arrived in Westmeath on Sat evening 8th. I had reason to contact Customer Service as I needed a large denomination € voucher which wasn’t an option on the website. I spoke with Ellie. She and a colleague could not have been more helpful. They added another voucher value option for me and even tested it while I was on the phone. The machine arrived in perfect order 2 days later. No VAT, no customs charges as stated. I highly recommend this company based on my excellent first time experience. I’ll be shopping with NorthxSouth again. Thanks Ellie!”
