I was very disappointed when I had to travel to two well known competitors only to find that they did not have heat pads in stock. So I was delighted not only to get the heat pad delivered in 2-3 days but also to save €20. So my wife and I decided to buy 2 more of these heat pads as Christmas gifts. The only disappointing thing was that the delivery driver didn't wait for us to open the door but just left it on the doorstep and drove off ...
