Ordered 3 items. Only 2 were delivered. Short induction hob. Support northxsouth was very helpful and hob arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately when i opened the box the glass top was smashed. The service from northxsouth seems to be good but the delivery service is dreadful. Need to use better couriers.

Good afternoon, As discussed, we are of course happy to accept the return of your electric blanket on the condition that it has not been used/installed (or is faulty after use). As you noted in our conversation that you were not satisfied with the heat this would suggest that it has indeed been set-up. As lower than desired heat may indicate a fault (rather than an subjective preference), we have offered to collect the item free of charge for testing. We are particularly strict about returns for items of a personal nature for obvious reasons however this in line with our voluntary return policy provided pre-purchase and your rights as a consumer under the consumer rights act (formerly distance selling act) . We have offered to collect the blanket for testing and we will certainly process a full refund if the blanket is found to be defective. You might confirm by receipt. Did'nt get my delivery yet wrong size delivered 2 days ago. Have no idea when correct size will be delivered, no phone advising me of same.

Hiya Rosemary, I believe my colleague has been in touch reference the collection and replacement of your original order. Our understanding is that the parcel is out for delivery today (Thursday) however we are awaiting confirmation from the carrier. Your patience is appreciated at this busy time of year. I was waiting for my delivery on Friday. I received an email for an estimate time. But the delivery person never rang my phone to say he is near by. And later on that day I received another email that I wasn't at home. Also to rearrange another meeting was not possible yet, as i wasn't able to contact anyone. I wrote an email back to the second email that I never got contacted by my phone and that i would like to reschedule. I will change my review once I recieve my item.

Good evening Petra, I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with your delivery. I've just had a quick look at our support notes and I cannot see an exchange so I'm assuming your email was to DPD? DPD will provide their intended delivery window (via email/text) however the driver will not communicate further so it's best to ensure that someone is home or designate a safe place for delivery via the messaging service. Typically a missed delivery will automatically be re-scheduled for the following working day which would be tomorrow (Monday).
