“Excellent service from NorthXSouth, when I rang to enquire about my choice of purchase, the guy was so helpful. I paid for my appliance online and it was delivered as promised, new washing machine installed and old one removed with no hassle and no charge. Delivery man kindly gave me a demo of the washing machine. Delighted with service and would highly recommend.”

“I recently purchased a robotic lawnmower. unfortunately on opening I discovered that the casing was cracked and in particular a joining piece. I was disappointed as i was looking forward to setting up the lawnmower. it was now after 6pm as i work late often. i checked out north south website and discovered I could web chat. I sent a photo to Andy of the damage and to my amazement he said no problem a courier will be down in two days to take away the damaged one and deliver the replacement. The new one was delivered and the old one taken away. I am so impressed with this company . I am on holiday and have yet to open the box but can’t wait. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”
