“We live in Wicklow and NorthxSouth was the only shop in all of Ireland that stocks Gozney pizza ovens. Customer service ( Andy) was amazing...I had questions about the product and they were swiftly answered. Shipping was extremely quick- arrived the next day! Would purchase from them again in the future.”

“I recently purchased a TV from NorthXSouth, and it arrived in just 3 days. Initially, I was really nervous because it was my first time ordering from this store, and I even thought it might be a scam since I didn’t receive tracking information from a courier (for bulky items, they ship on a pallet without the usual tracking systems). Andy was incredibly patient and reassured me that everything was on track, and he was absolutely righ, the TV arrived exactly as promised. The quality is outstanding, so good it almost seems too good to be true! If you're hesitant like I was, don’t worry. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!”

“I bought a pizza oven for my husband for Christmas. I used the webchat feature on the site to ask questions. Andy replied to my swiftly and supportively. He was very helpful and reassuring, and I was very grateful. I made a mistake when submitting my shipping address, and Andy sorted that for me too. The package was delivered within a couple of days. We have not used the oven yet, so I cannot comment on its quality, but my overall shopping experience has been excellent.”
