“Purchased this steam cleaner which arrived promptly in a few days. Seems like a good sturdy machine but on opening was missing a grout tool that I understood from the website was included in the box. Having called to speak with customer services to query and on reading the manual, it looks as though that particular tool is not included in this model which was disappointing as it was listed on the product description on the NXS website. It was one of the reasons I chose this brand over a Karcher for shower grouting so be aware this won’t be in the box. Not a big deal obviously but was slightly disappointed. That aside, I used the machine on some kitchen tiles and it worked a treat so hopeful it will be a useful purchase.”
