“Fantastic prices and customer service from all the team at north’Xsouth. Thank you for all the assistance during the transport stage of my Samsung Art Frane tv delivery. It was invaluable. And I really love my new purchase. Someday o hope the business might be able to support a payment system like HUMM as they have in the Republic of Ireland, but at the moment your prices and service are second-to-none. “I spoke with Andy on a Tuesday at 3pm to order my Magimix Food Processor, it was delivered to my home in the west of Ireland on Wednesday morning at 10.30am. Absolutely "Box office Gold" service. I am so pleased with the product, the service from Andy and the super fast delivery. Well done all at northXsouth. 👏👏👏👏👏”

“Ordered a large Sony TV with no problems. Was sent a message 2 days later saying item dispatched. Had no updates at all for 4 days and was unable to track the passage. Contacted Andy at customer service who contacted the carrier and was told delivery would be same day between 2-4pm. Carrier eventually arrived after 5pm. I know it’s not the retailers fault I had no information from the carrier about delivery but customer service was very good.”

“I must say my purchase of the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity grill was so straight forward after Andy answering my questions regarding the availability of parts and the importers of the grill who are a reputable Irish company. The service and delivery was first class which I was kept informed of as there was a slight mixup They are a really customer focused company and I have no problem in recommending them. I have bought the cover from them afterwards even though they were a few euro dearer than other companies but with free delivery and reliability of service it is more than worth it.”
