“The operative wasn’t able to fix our machine, but he was honest that he didn’t think the repairs were economical, rather than us wasting money and time on repairs that wouldn’t last, which we appreciated. Booking was also easy and efficient.”

“Job done and the guy who came coped well with a few challenges along the way! Pretty good VFM. My reason for 4 not 5 stars was lack of contact after first visit to let me know if replacement piece available and likely time frame - I chased up twice. 2nd chase led to more or less instant engineer visit which was fine.”

“Came v fast within 2 hours and delivered the bad news I needed new appliance. No prob with that as it was quite old. But had to pay £100 for the privilege of being told. I think a reduced fee when nothing done would be better say £60/70 for call out. Tried to order new appliance thru them but they couldn’t deliver fast. So good response, nice operative. Might be useful to know.”

“Really nice engineer who turned up in the suggested timeframe. He replaced the element but unfortunately the fan also needed replacement and he did not have the part. He ordered the part and will be back to fit, either this Friday or next week. Happy with speed of service just a shame it needs two visits.”
