I had no problem with them, quick and reliable. Great service was able to sort out the problem with my cooker straight away. The engineer changed the grill element and replaced the oven door hinges. Very prompt, efficient service. Well satisfied and would use this service again and recommend it to others.

I had an engineer sent out to my house to fix my washing machine. He was very quick in response to my request. Had no trouble at all with this service. Efficient and quick repair at stated time with polite service engineer.

Not experts in washer/dryer repair - I had 4 visits from 2 different engineers, they replaced a part that wasn't faulty and eventually declared the problem unfixable, but charged me anyway and refuse to give a full refund. They claim to be Neff certified engineers, but Neff confirmed that there's no such thing. I called another company and they found the problem in 10 minutes.

Engineer called to look at washing machine which was not draining properly and clothes were coming out wet. He diagnosed that there was a blockage in the hose and showed me a bucket containing some water. He spun machine and said it was fixed. I paid the £70 call out charge by cash. The problem continued and a week later explaining the situation. The engineer rang me back and said the PUMP on my machine was faulty and needed repairing. I said he made NO mention of this at the first call out. He also said my machine was "in the wrong place". I conveyed my anger about this whole situation as he said the new pump would be £120.00 this would mean paying nearly £200 for a repair . I could get a new machine or a reconditioned one for that. He agreed to refund me £30 for the call out which in mind mind was his acknowledgement that he as the engineer failed to diagnose the fault correctly and had charged me £70. Anyway I did not receive a refund. The engineer lied. I contacted them again by email and told them again, the guy in phone was rude and was shouting that it was the pUMP that needed repairing and I should pay for the repair. This company are very bad, people should not use them. The reviews on this website are dubious ,( just look at all the five stars)as there are poor reviews on yell website. I'm reporting north London appliances to Haringey Trading standards as the firm are obviously charging £70 for each call out and are not able or qualified to identify faults. They also use PayPal to send a receipt when cash is paid, I'm sure this is wrong .

Easy to book, good to have two-hour slots, was phoned about 30 minutes before he arrived. The fan motor on my oven needed replacing, and the engineer quoted a price (£50) plus the normal labour charge, which I felt was reasonable. He pointed out that the oven door doesn't close properly, and attempted to rectify that, without success, but didn't charge me any extra. He was here quite a long time, worked hard, and the only reason that I didn't give a five-star rating was that he left a bit of a mess. But overall I was very satisfied.

Amazing Service ....Called up about my Cooker and they tried to fix it over the phone, to save the min call out fee. I couldn't fix it and thy turned up on time and fixed it straight away. Wish all companies were as good as this. Thanks

Never use this company. Absolutely shocking, terrible service. my advice- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Take no ownership for problems and did not care at all about me as a customer.

I called North London Appliances when my oven broke down as they were far cheaper than the oven brand's servicing team. The engineer was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix my oven for far less than I would have paid elsewhere. I would definitely use them again.
