“Called them up for an emergency repair to my cooker, after endless companies saying they couldn't come out North London Appliances said they could. Within hours of making the call my cooker is working. Brilliant service. Would recommend them to everyone.”

Took time to show me what was being replaced in the oven and why it needed replacing. Clean, tidy, helpful and professional service. “I have had the same person from this company twice now for repair and replacement parts on my washing machine. Would highly recommend! Very prompt service, arrived early on the day which was great! Professional attitude. Work done everything left tidy.”

“Service was good from initial call to engineer turning up and completing the job. He was polite, efficient and informative. Most importantly, he fixed the washing machine fault within half an hour and checked it thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to a friend.”

“The appointment started off well with the engineer showing up on time, but sadly that's where it ended. He had no knowledge of the Electrolux dishwasher despite the company claiming to be experts on the brand. He missed a major fault with the machine - claiming the problem was a lack of salt and rinse aid, and knew so little about the dishwasher that he unfortunately managed to cut himself as he tried to get into it. Charged £40 for doing nothing. Avoid.”

“Having waited with a faulty fridge/freezer for 3 months with an alternative repair organisation being constantly told that a part had been ordered. In the 4th month I gave up and got a refund. I selected North London appliances with a very low expectation. However, less than a week after first contact I have a fully working fridge/freezer. The engineer arrived on the allocated day and while he did not have an exact part, he engaged brain and was able to fix the problem with a water feed at the first visit. I only have praise for this engineer and assuming this is the level of engineer that North London Appliances hire, would recommend them time and time again. Thank you North London Appliances. “The booking on the website was easy and the engineer came on the next day even earlier than the time slot. That is fine but he only come with bag of hand tools and no diagnostic equipment of any sort. The fridge was working but did not cool. The engineer was just observing visually and making a guess of what can be wrong. First he give me a scary though that is probably the most expensive part it will cost me more than a new fridge . Then he replaced a cheaper part ,took my money and recommend to wait for two hour to cool. It did not work! When I called him after this two hours ,the answer was that nothing can be done and I need to buy a new one. What a waste of money!”
