This service, for a gas oven, was booked with full details - only for us to be told by the engineers who came that you did not do gas ovens. It would have been obvious to your call handler, because of the model number, that our appliance was gas. Then, to add insult to injury you charged £48 for the call out as a result of YOUR OWN MISTAKE. I expect an immediate refund.

What kind of customer service treats and speaks to their paying customers in this manner? How can this be okay when I have paid for a service for £120 and then for it not to be rectified? Furthermore, why is it my responsibility as the customer to find the replacement parts? I have now emailed the your customer service team on the 23/10/20 requesting a full refund and if I do not hear back within 14 days, I will submit a court claim based on the above information.

I complained and asked for a refund and was told I could have a part refund due to not being able to refer.

Not experts in washer/dryer repair - I had 4 visits from 2 different engineers, they replaced a part that wasn't faulty and eventually declared the problem unfixable, but charged me anyway and refuse to give a full refund. They claim to be Neff certified engineers, but Neff confirmed that there's no such thing. I called another company and they found the problem in 10 minutes.

He agreed to refund me £30 for the call out which in mind mind was his acknowledgement that he as the engineer failed to diagnose the fault correctly and had charged me £70.
