My washing machine was past repair, I’d had it many years, so no complaints about having to purchase a new one, I did this with Appliance Centre, the gentleman that came to check my machine for a repair was extremely helpful, kind and polite, he managed to get photos sent to his phone to show me some new machines, I opted for another Hotpoint as I’m familiar with this brand, and he made arrangements for the delivery of new one, an extremely nice gentleman and a pleasure doing business with him.

Service was excellent. Extremely rapid (SAME DAY) delivery and installation of a dish washer. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance problems. This was the 2nd time in a month we have had to use them and both times they were great.

Has been delivered and installed satisfactorily. Would have given five star if service engineer call out and delivery of new machine were confirmed. Had to phone to check if both were happening. Very polite and courteous people. Thank you.

Took delivery of Miele semi-integrated dishwasher which needed fitting. Quick booking system and engineer phoned as could come earlier. Tidy looking/professional engineer who completed the job quickly and efficiently and discussed things with me as needed as he went along with no attitude to my questions. He filled with salt and rinse aid and tested before he left. Very happy and will recommend and use you again.
